Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Submit a form and provide proof of purchase, such as order confirmation. Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will provide you with a return label for US shipping only
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are eligible the first 7 days of delivery. Once your original item is received and inspected, we'll process your exchange promptly
- Shipping costs will be covered and will be sent a return label
Delivery issues and incorrect addresses:
If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the initial delivery outcome. However, we are happy to assist in resolving the issue
If the package is returned to us:
- We can replace and resend your package as soon as its been returned to us
📦 Marked as delivered but not received:
If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we recommend first checking:
- Your mailbox and surrounding areas
- With household members
- With neighbors or your apartment front desk
- Your local post carrier
Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we understand how frustrating this can be and we're here to help.
As part of our 6-month warranty, we are happy to offer a replacement for the item itself
- Shipping costs for the replacement package are not included
- A shipping invoice will be sent separately before the replacement is processed and we handle the rest
Damaged items:
If your jewelry arrives damaged, don't worry we got you covered! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
If the damage is determined to have occurred during transit, we will handle the replacement promptly to ensure you receive your jewelry as quickly as possible.
Our goal is for every piece to arrive beautifully and safely and if something goes wrong we'll make it right
