Warranty Information:  6 month warranty for 14k gold plated jewelry ONLY. Does not include solid gold or 925 silver. We will replace any damaged items, do not offer free shipping labels.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.We will evaluate the issue and make it right.We need proof of your package and will take full responsibility.

Shipping and Handling

Please give us 1-4 days to ship your package.Tracking number will be sent to your via email once shipped.Please double check that your address is correct.We are not responsible for false address, lost, and stolen packages.
